007: QoS Wii Includes Online Multiplayer Evan Campbell 10/7/2008, 12:09pm Eastern Time At a recent Activision Event, we were able to stir up some information about the upcoming Quantum of Solace video game for Wii. First, Activision has handed the reins over to developer Beenox to make the Wii conversion. Like Call of Duty: World at War, the title will utilize the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare graphic engine, which is modified specifically for Wii. Quantum of Solace also plans to follow the same storyline as the PS3/Xbox 360 editions, following both Bond movies – “Casino Royale” and “Quantum of Solace.” The biggest news relates to the online arena, where Beenox will incorporate four players online over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. For players unplugged, a local split-screen four-player feature will also be included. As such, gamers will be able to choose from a variety of modes, such as Man with the Golden Gun, Team Conflict and Team. Quantum of Solace will be hitting Wii, along with DS, on November 4. Stay tuned to Nintendojo for more information on these upcoming titles.
