The gaming blog Kotaku recently got a court filing in the United States District Court of Delaware in which the plantiff party, Interlink Electronics is suing Nintendo for patent infringement.

Interlink claims that Nintendo has infringed on a previously filed patent that was issued to the company for a pointing device used to manipulate things with an electronic device, "like a computer" according to the patent. The complaint requests damages and other payments from Nintendo as well as the end of infringment on the patent, which could result in Wii being taken off the market.
