Our friends and reporting kindred at Games Are Fun are reporting that Activision has a version of X-Men Legends in development for the Nintendo DS.

Though Nintendojo previously confirmed reports of a version of Spider-Man in the works for the DS, this would mark the first word that the aforementioned title is indeed being developed. It is expected that Activision will announce something soon.
